The ICT Helpdesk assists with computer and laptop issues, internet connectivity, email and software support, as well as classroom technology. The Campus and Residence Helpdesk manages maintenance requests including repairs, cleaning services, electrical and plumbing issues, and furniture concerns. The Purchase Requisition service supports departments with stationery and office supply requests, including tracking approval and fulfillment status. All services are accessible by submitting a support ticket through the Helpdesk Portal.
